-The WWE Smackdown television main event features Daniel Bryan vs. Big Show for the World Hvt. Championship in a no disqualification, no count out match. Plus, WWE also advertised Sheamus vs. Jinder Mahal for tonight's show. Join Jake Barnett for live coverage of Smackdown as it airs on Syfy beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-The WWE Raw crew is in Yakima, Washington tonight with the following advertised matches: C.M. Punk vs. Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Championship, John Cena vs. Kane, Air Boom vs. Epico and Primo for the WWE Tag Titles, Zack Ryder vs. Jack Swagger for the U.S. Championship, Beth Phoenix vs. Eve for the WWE Divas Championship. Chris Jericho, Brodus Clay, and Daniel Bryan are also advertised.

-The WWE Smackdown crew is in Vancouver, B.C. on Saturday with the following advertised talent: Big Show, Daniel Bryan, Sheamus, Cody Rhodes, Ted DiBiase, Wade Barrett, Hunico, Natalya, and Alicia Fox.

-The WWE Raw crew is in Sacramento, Calif. at Power Balance Pavilion on Saturday. The advertised matches are C.M. Punk vs. Dolph Ziggler for the WWE Championship, and John Cena vs. Kane. Plus, Chris Jericho is advertised for a special appearance.

-The WWE Smackdown crew is in Prince George, B.C. at CN Centre on Sunday with the same talent pool that is advertised for Vancouver. It's worth noting that Mark Henry has been pulled from the advertising for both shows and he did not wrestle last weekend, so it appears that WWE officials are finally giving him some time off to rest his groin injury.

-The WWE Raw crew is in Oakland, Calif. on Sunday at the Oracle Arena. There are no matches advertised on the arena website, but it will likely feature the same lineup as the Friday show (minus Daniel Bryan).

-TNA is in White Plains, N.Y. tonight at the Westchester County Civic Center with the following advertised matches: Bobby Roode vs. Jeff Hardy for the TNA Title, James Storm vs. Kurt Angle, A.J. Styles vs. Christopher Daniels, Rob Van Dam vs. Bully Ray, Gail Kim vs. Velvet Sky for the TNA Knockouts Title, Austin Aries vs. Jesse Sorensen vs. Alex Shelley for the X Division Title.

-The potential final pro wrestling shows at the ECW Arena take place on Saturday in Philadelphia. Evolve and Combat Zone Wrestling will be running a doubleheader at the venue. -Former WWE wrestler Shad Gaspard is 29 today. He was born on January 13, 1981.

-The late John Kronus (a/k/a George Caiazzo) was born on this date in 1969. The former ECW wrestler died in his sleep on July 18, 2007 due to heart failure, which was attributed to an enlarged heart.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic this weekend. The AWA show will return on Tuesday night.
