-Voting for the 2011 Dot Net Awards will begin later today. We'll kick things off today with the Best Tag Team of 2011 voting and we will continue to unveil new categories over the next week or two. We will release the winners of the online voting and make our staff picks later this month.

-WWE is heading Honduras, Panama, and Guatemala next month. The company will be in Tegucigalpa, Honduras at the National Engineers Coliseum on Feb. 23, Panama City, Panama at the Roberto Duran Arena on Feb. 24, and in Guatemala City, Guatemala at the Zone 13 Dome on February 25. -Dot Net Members will be listening to the Dot Net Countdown show and Chris Shore's Audio Slant later today. Jake Barnett and Will Pruett will be counting down the top five best and worst moments of the last week during the Countdown show. -WWE star Chris Jericho noted on his Twitter account that his one and only Facebook page is located at Facebook.com/pages/Chris-Jericho-WWE-Universe/8122075826. He noted that all other Facebook pages claiming to be his are fakes.

-Late pro wrestling star Chris Kanyon (a/k/a Christopher Klucsartis would have celebrated his 42nd birthday today. He was born on January 4, 1970. He took his own life on April 2, 2010.

-Former WWE wrestler Jim Powers (a/k/a James Manley) is 54 today. He was born on January 4, 1958. Powers retired from working on the indy scene on in February 2010. He noted that he was too broken down to continue wrestling. His most notable run occurred as one half of The Young Stallions tag team with Paul Roma.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight. The AWA show will return tomorrow night in the usual time slot. Check back tomorrow for the matches listed for said show.

-Indy personality Mister St. Laurent posted an online video to promote the January 7 Zero1 USA match between Val Venis and The Sheik that will take place in Mesa, Az. at the Mesa Lucha Center.
