-The UFC 141 pay-per-view airs tonight from Las Vegas at 9:00 p.m. CT. Note the new start time, which is actually the company reverting to their traditional start time. The show is headlined by Brock Lesnar vs. Alistair Overeem with the winner earning the first shot at UFC Hvt. Champion Junior dos Santos. Join Ryan Kester for live coverage of UFC 141 as the prelim special airs on Spike TV at 8:00 p.m. CT. Plus, Mark Gessner will be by on Saturday with his detailed report on the show.
-The final WWE Smackdown of 2011 is headlined by Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett in a falls count anywhere match. Look for the injury angle involving Orton during this match. Join Chris Shore and Jake Barnett for live coverage of WWE Smackdown tonight as it airs on Syfy at 7:00 p.m. CT. Plus, they will be joining forces for an "All Access" podcast, as "Free Audio Week" concludes on Saturday morning.

-The WWE Raw crew is in Hartford, Conn. at XL Center with C.M. Punk vs. The Miz in a cage match, John Cena vs. Kane, Zack Ryder defending the U.S. Title against the winner of a 13-man battle royal, and special appearances by Mick Foley and Jerry Lawler.
-TNA is in Poughkeepsie, New York at Mid Hudson Civic Center tonight with the following advertised lineup: Bobby Roode vs. Jeff Hardy for the TNA Title, James Storm vs. Kurt Angle, A.J. Styles vs. Bully Ray, Austin Aries vs. Kid Kash vs. Jesse Sorensen for the X Division Title, Gail Kim vs. Mickie James for the TNA Knockouts Title, Matt Morgan vs. Crimson, and Garett Bischoff vs. Gunner. Ric Flair will appear on the show by appearing in Gunner's corner.
-Former WWE and TNA wrestler Carl Ouellet is celebrating his 44th birthday today. He was born on December 30, 1967.
-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic this week. However, the AWA television show will return on Monday night in the usual 11 p.m. CT slot.
