-The final WWE Smackdown taping of 2011 takes place tonight in Indianapolis, Indiana at Conseco Fieldhouse. The main event of the television show features Randy Orton vs. Wade Barrett in a Falls Count Anywhere match. The advertised talent for tonight's taping includes Orton, Barrett, Big Show, Mark Henry, Daniel Bryan, Cody Rhodes, Sheamus, Ezekiel Jackson, Justin Gabriel, Hunico, Natalya, and Alicia Fox.
-We are looking for correspondents who are attending the Smackdown tapings tonight and want to send updates on the Smackdown, WWE NXT, and WWE Superstars tapings, along with any dark matches that take place. If you are going to the show and want to help, contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.
-With this being a holiday week, we are giving the gift of free audio for a number of our audio shows that are normally exclusive to the Dot Net Members' site. You can listen to my WWE Raw audio review later today. Check back each morning to find out which audio shows will be listed as "All Access" podcasts for this week only. If you enjoy the shows and want to sign up for membership to the ad-free version of the website and listen to recent interviews with Shawn Daivari, Bobby Lashley, Shane Helms, and many others, sign up via the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.
-The WWE Raw crew is running a rare Tuesday night house show event tonight. It's the annual post-Christmas house show event in New York at Madison Square Garden. The latest main event is listed as C.M. Punk vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. The Miz in a Triple Threat cage match for the WWE Championship. That match is expected to change due to Del Rio's injury, and will likely be a singles cage match with Punk defending against The Miz. Mick Foley was listed as the special referee for the match at one point. He's still advertised for the show, but there's no mention of him being the special referee on the MSG website. We are looking for additional correspondents who are attending the show. If you are going, send your reports to dotnetjason@gmail.com.
