WWE and TNA weekend schedules, Ricky Steamboat, Arn Anderson, Mike Rotunda appearing together, other WWE performer appearances this weekend, NWA expansion

-WWE is running a "Supershow" on Saturday night in Springfield, Mass. Wrestlers from Raw, Smackdown, and ECW will be appearing on the show. The company is listing a group of wrestlers who will appear on the show rather than matches.
-TNA has a full slate of weekend house shows scheduled. They will be in Tyler, Texas tonight, Monroe, La. on Saturday, and in North Little Rock, Ark. on Sunday. If you attend any of the WWE or TNA weekend show, please send a report to dotnetjason@gmail.com.
-TNA is not listing matches on their website for the house shows. However, they are listing a group of wrestlers who are scheduled to appear on the house shows. It's worth noting that Samoa Joe and Booker T are not listed for this weekend's house shows.
-The Nu-Wrestling Evolution promotion is running a tour in France this fall. They have shows scheduled for The Zenith in Caen on Oct. 24, and will be at the Rene Tys Complex in Rems the following night. They are advertising Orlando Jordan, Rikishi, Chris Masters, Juventud Guerrera, and Gangrel for those dates. [Thanks to Devin Cutting of ProwrestlingEvents.tk.]
-The UK Sun has posted a review of Bret Hart's autobiography. "It's a 550-page tome which covers the whole of Hart’s career in detail, but this book is about so much more than wrestling," reads the review. -Several WWE performers are making special appearances on Long Island this weekend while in town for the Great American Bash pay-per-view. Jeff Hardy will appear at New York Sports at the Westfield Sunrise Mall in Massapequa, N.Y. at 6:00 p.m. today.
-Mike Rotunda, Arn Anderson, and Ricky Steamboat are scheduled to appear at the American Legion Post 1120 in Lindenhurst, N.Y. at 2:00 p.m. (ET) on Saturday.
-Mr. Kennedy is scheduled to appear RCN Telecummunications In Long Island City, N.Y. on Saturday.
-Mickie James will be at Franklin Square Video in Long Island on Saturday.
