-The WWE Smackdown taping takes place tonight in Houston, Texas at Toyota Center. We are looking for correspondents who are attending the taping and can provide results on the Smackdown, NXT, and WWE Superstars tapings, as well as any dark matches. If you are going to the show and want to help, contact me at dotnetjason@gmail.com.
-Triple H is advertised for Smackdown on the arena website. The website also lists a big 10-man tag match featuring Triple H, John Cena, Edge, Rey Mysterio, and Big Show vs. Alberto Del Rio and The Corre.
-WWE NXT season five premieres tonight on the WWE website at 9:00 p.m. CT. Chris Shore will be covering the show live, and I am planning to hang out in the forum with the Dot Net Members for our weekly NXT thread, which usually breaks down quickly into all out debauchery. You can join us in the forum tonight and listen to the ??-minute audio review of Raw I posted last night by signing up for membership right now via the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.
-Check out the PWTorch Livecast today at 4:30 p.m. CT on Blogtalkradio.com. Wade and I get together on Tuesdays and take your calls on anything pro wrestling related for a full hour. We talk for at least 20 more minutes and often longer for the bonus portion, which is available exclusively to our respective members. The first hour of the show is free and your calls are welcome.
-The Triple H movie "The Chaperone" is available on DVD today. As mentioned yesterday, the movie will also be streaming on Netflix beginning today. [Thanks again to Dot Net reader John S.]
-Chris Jericho's dance partner Cheryl Burke of "Dancing with the Stars" was interviewed by Chris Yandek. You can read the interview at CYInterview.com.
-The following matches are listed for the 11:00 p.m. CT airing of the AWA on ESPN Classic: Wahoo McDaniel vs. Samoan Joe, Greg Gagne vs. Samoan Joe, Bob Orton vs. Collins, Curt Hennig vs. Jerry Lawler. The show was taped in February 1988.
