WWE/Jimmy Kimmel angle update, Hulk Hogan claims he warned his family, Lance Storm on the Ultimate Warrior, AWA match listings

-Jimmy Kimmel stated on his ABC talk show on Tuesday night that his cousin Sal will be wrestling on Smackdown at Staples Center in two weeks. He aired highlights of the angle that took place on Raw last night and said he's never been prouder of one of his family members.
WWE has a Smackdown taping in Los Angeles on June 3, but it seems like an odd move given that all the hype with Roddy Piper and Santino Marella has taken place on Raw thus far. I'm not sure whether there's been a change or the source who told me that Sal would face Santino at the pay-per-view was mistaken, but I'll see what I can find out because I know how much you all care about Sal's in-ring debut. Yes, that was sarcasm.
-Hulk Hogan claimed that he warned his family what they were in for when they signed on for "Hogan Knows Best." Hogan is quoted on the Glosslip.com site as saying that they were thinking about Brooke Hogan's singing career and Nick Hogan's racing career when they signed on for the VH1 special.
"We saw the Ashlee Simpson show and Jessica Simpson’s and Lindsay Lohan on the big screen and we just didn’t haven’t a vehicle to compete,” Hogan said. “But I considered it, because this time it was about the Hogan family rather than Hulk Hogan; they all wanted to do it and I tried to warn them about what they were in for. Now look what happened." The article does not cite a source or date for Hogan's quote.
-The Hulkster got more bad ratings news regarding "American Gladiators." Although the actual overnight rating was not published, Zap2it.com reports that NBC finished a distant fourth in the overall ratings on Monday.
-Ticket prices for the UFC 87 show in Minneapolis start at $50 and go as high as $600. The password for Saturday's newsletter pre-sale is "HAMMER." The rest of the tickets go on sale on Sunday at noon.
-Lance Storm discussed rumors that TNA is interested in using Ultimate Warrior in his latest website entry. "Warrior was very much a below average worker with an above average body," Storm writes. "He was one of the most jacked up guys in the Industry, at a time when almost everyone was on steroids. Warrior has admitted many times that he used steroids when he was in WWE and when you compare him to others, also taking steroids, chances are he was on QUITE a lot." You can read the full commentary at StormWrestling.com.
-Christian Cage and Al Snow are being advertised for the June 20 Prairie Wrestling Alliance show in Edmonton. For more information, check out PWAwrestling.ca. [Thanks to Devin Cutting of ProwrestlingEvents.tk.]
-The following matches are advertised for tonight's AWA on ESPN Classic show: Badd Company squash, Davey Richards vs. Rocky Mountain Thunder, a Soldat Ustinov squash, Pat O'Connor vs. Bobby Duncum, a Midnight Rockers squash, and Ricky Rice vs. Brian Knobs.
