-The WWE Smackdown taping takes place tonight in Topeka, Ks. at Landon Arena. The advertised main event is Rey Mysterio vs. Alberto Del Rio in Mysterio's return from his storyline injury.

-WWE NXT begins its run on the WWE website tonight. The show will still air outside the United States on its usual networks, including The Score in Canada. We will continue to provide live coverage of the show beginning at 9:00 p.m. CT. They teased a match between Vickie Guerrero and Kaitlyn at the end of last week's show.

-Former WWE Diva Terri Runnels is celebrating her 44th birthday today. She was born on Oct. 5, 1966.
