WWE Smackdown tapings, JBL named worst person of the week, Raven's Flock reunion, former WWE and WCW wrestlers make MLB appearances

-WWE is taping Smackdown in Greensboro, N.C. tonight with the advertised World Hvt. Title match between Undertaker and Batista. Although that is a pay-per-view quality matchup, I'm more curious to see how Mike Adamle does in his second crack at serving as the lead voice for ECW during tonight's show on Sci-Fi.
-JBL was named worst person of the week on Keith Olbermann's Countdown show on MSNBC. Read more about it by clicking here. [Thanks to Dot Net readers James Craven and Chris F.]
-TNA's pre-sale code for Slammiversary is "BOOKER" according to an email ad issued by the company on Monday.

-The Tampa Bay Rays held Wrestling Night on Saturday for their home game against the Chicago White Sox (I'm sure A.J. Pierzynski was thrilled). Dot Net reader Dave Mitchell sent the following report: "Brian Knobbs of the Nasty Boys is a season ticket holder and naturally part of the postgame bill (which my group didn't stick around for, hence I have no idea what the matches were). The babyfaces were in Rays gear, heels in White Sox tops.
"The wrestlers who were introduced included the Nasty Boys, Norman Smiley, Brutus Beefcake, Tatanka, Scott Steiner, Buff Bagwell, Demolition and Brian Blair. There was a pregame autograph session, Tatanka did introductions one inning, and Ed Leslie cut a pro-Rays promo and was beat down by Demolition."
-WWE developmental territory Florida Championship Wrestling is advertising the following matches for tonight's show in New Port Richey, Fla. at the Bourbon Street Nightclub: Jake Hager vs. Afa for the Florida Hvt. Title, Eric Perez and Eddie Colon vs. Nic Nemeth and Brad Allen for the Florida Tag Titles, T.J. Wilson vs. Ted DiBiase Jr.
-Raven and former Flock members Lodi, Scotty Riggs, and Sick Boy will be reuniting at the CWA event in Orangeburg, S.C. on May 23. For more information, visit CWAprowrestling.com.
-Former WWE and ECW star Jazz is scheduled to appear on the May 6 in Miramichi, N.B. for the MainstreamWrestling promotion.
-Jake Roberts is scheduled to appear at the Main Event World League show in Alliance, Oh. on May 10. [Thanks to Devin Cutting of ProwrestlingEvents.tk.]
