-The WWE quarterly earning conference call is today at 10:00 a.m. CT. Vince McMahon and other executives will present the PPV and earnings numbers for the previous quarter and will take questions from investors. With the launch of the WWE Network and a lack of reaching a deal with NBCU over TV rights this could be a very interesting call. I will have live coverage of the call as well as all the relevant documents released once they are available.

-TNA Impact Wrestling was taped in Manchester several weeks ago and is headlined by Magnus vs. Gunner for the TNA Championship as Guner cashes in one of his briefcases. Join me for live coverage of the show as it airs on SpikeTV at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-Dot Net Members will be listening to the Dot Net Weekly audio show later today. Jason Powell is on vacation so Jake Barnett will be joining me to discuss all the news of the week, including the WWE Conference Call, John Cena on the Steve Austin podcast, and much more. If you enjoy our All Access audio, help support Dot Net by signing up for membership to the ad-free version of the website via the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.

-Canadian Wrestling's Elite returns to Morden, Manitoba tonight at the Access Center. The show is headlined by former WWE star Chris Masters vs. CAM!!KAZE. You can get more information at http://www.cwecanada.ca/.

-John Corrigan at the Temple News has put together a "pros and cons" analysis of the WWE Network fr fans. You can read the article at http://temple-news.com/arts/corrigan-joys-casualties-wwe-network/.

-TNA Knockout Gail Kim turns 37 today. Kim is married to celebrity chef Robert Irvine and recently dropped the TNA Konckouts title to Madison Rayne.

-Japanese wrestling legend Antonio Inoki turns 71 today. Besides founding New Japan Pro Wrestling and being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2010, Inoki is also active in Japanese politics where he serves in the House of Councillors today.

-The late "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers (a/k/a Herman Gustav Rohde Jr.) would have turned 93 today. Rogers was the prototype for the "Nature Boy" gimmick and Ric Flair lists him as the major influence on his approach to the character. He dies on June 26, 1992, at 71.

-ESPN Classic has five hours of Global Supercard Wrestling today. The first two hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT. and the other three hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. CT. There are no match listings for any of the shows.
