-WWE will be taping next week's Raw, Smackdown, and Main Event television shows on Saturday in Washington, D.C. at the Verizon Center. There are no matches listed on the arena website. -The WWE Smackdown crew is in Minneapolis, Minnesota at Target Center tonight Big Show vs. Sheamus in a cage match for the World Hvt. Championship as the main event. Jake Barnett and I will both be in attendance so feel free to say hello if you spot either one of us.

-The WWE Raw crew is in Uniondale, N.Y. at Nassau Veteran's Memorial Coliseum tonight with John Cena vs. Dolph Ziggler, and the New Age Outlaws advertised.

-The WWE Smackdown crew is in Richmond, Va. at the Richmond Coliseum on Sunday with Big Show vs. Sheamus for the World Hvt. Championship. The other wrestlers advertised for Smackdown tour events are Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, Kane, Alberto Del Rio, Wade Barrett, Damien Sandow, Sin Cara, Cody Rhodes, Booker T, and Eve.

-The WWE Raw crew is in Raleigh, N.C. at PNC Arena on Sunday with the following advertised matches: John Cena vs. Dolph Ziggler, Ryback, Kane, and Daniel Bryan vs. The Shield in a steel cage, Antonio Cesaro vs. Zack Ryder for the U.S. Title, and The New Age Outlaws vs. Cody Rhodes and Damien Sandow.

-TNA is in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. on Saturday and in Albany, N.Y. on Sunday with the following talent advertised for both shows: Jeff Hardy, Austin Aries, Bully Ray, Christopher Daniels, Devon, James Storm, Hernandez, Rob Terry, Robbie E, Bobby Roode, Samoa Joe, and Chavo Guerrero. Kurt Angle was previously advertised for both events, but he was pulled recently, presumably due to the injury he's been nursing.

-Former WWE wrestler Lanny Poffo is 58 today. He was born on December 28, 1954.

-Japanese pro wrestling legend Tatsumi Fujinami is 59 today. He was born on December 28, 1953.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic this weekend.
