WWE TLC and ROH Final Battle weekend (correspondents needed), Mick Foley signing WWE Superstars comic book in New York, Junkyard Dog, Brad Rheingans, Boris Zhukov

-WWE TLC takes place on Sunday in Houston, Texas at Toyota Center. The show is headlined by John Cena vs. Randy Orton in a tables, ladders, and chairs match for the WWE Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship. Plus, C.M. Punk faces The Shield in a handicap match, and Daniel Bryan faces The Wyatt Family in a handicap match. Join us for live coverage of WWE TLC on Sunday beginning with the Kickoff match at 6:30 p.m. CT.

-Ring of Honor Final Battle will be held on Saturday in New York, New York at the Hammerstein Ballroom. The event is headlined by Adam Cole vs. Michael Elgin vs. Jay Briscoe in a Triple Threat for the ROH Title, plus Eddie Edwards and a mystery partner face Roderick Strong and Jay Lethal. It is expected to be the last match Edwards works for the company. Dot Net staffer Zack Zimmerman will be in attendance for the show and will have a report on the site. -TNA has no events scheduled until December 27. They will have a live event in Philadelphia, Pa. on December 27, a live event in Long Island, New York on December 28, tape the Hardcore Justice event on December 29 in Lowell, Mass., and tape the Old School event on December 30 in Poughkeepsie, New York.

-WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley will be signing copies of WWE Superstars issue No. 1 at Midtown comics in New York on Saturday. For store location and signing details, visit Midtowncomics.com. By the way, the first issue of WWE Superstars is selling for $2.54 on the same website.

-WWE Hall of Famer Junkyard Dog (a/k/a Sylvester Ritter) was born on December 13, 1952. The Mid-South and WWE legend died on June 2, 1998 following a single-car accident in Forest, Mississippi. His daughter LaToya Ritter and sister Christine Woodburn accepted the WWE Hall of Fame induction on his behalf in 2004. Ernie Ladd handled the presentation. LaToya Ritter died at age 31 in October, 2011.

-Former pro wrestler and longtime trainer Brad Rheingans is 60 today. He was born on December 13, 1953. Rheingans worked primarily for the AWA and also did New Japan tours. He went on to train Brock Lesnar, The Nasty Boys, Curtis Axel, Jerry Lynn, Vader, and many more.

-Former AWA Tag Champion Boris Zhukov (a/k/a James Harrell) is 54 today. He was born on December 13, 1959. Zhukov teamed with Soldat Ustinov in the AWA, also wrestled as part of The Bolsheviks tag team with Nikolai Volkoff in WWE.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight. The Global Supercard Wrestling show will return on Monday night.
