-The WWE Smackdown taping is tonight in San Antonio, Texas at AT&T Center. This is the show that will air on Friday night. The advertised talent pool for the taping is JOhn Cena, Randy Orton, Big Show, C.M. Punk, Daniel Bryan, Alberto Del Rio, The Shield, Damien Sandow, and Mark Henry.

-Former pro boxing champion Riddick Bowe has been pulled from the Preston City Wrestling event on March 1 that was to be his in-ring debut. The promotion is alleging that Bowe's agent demanded another $4,000 on top of the pay that the two sides previously agreed to. -WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus is 38 today. She was born on December 18, 1975. She gave birth to a baby boy named Maximus on September 30.

-Former WWE wrestler Eric Perez, who worked as Eric Escobar, is 34 today. He was born on December 18, 1979. Perez works in Puerto Rico these days.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight.
