-The WWE Smackdown taping will be held tonight in Kansas City, Missouri at Sprint Center with the following talent pool: Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, Big Show, Dolph Ziggler, Alberto Del Rio, Triple H, The Shield, The Wyatt Family, Damien Sandow, Big E Langston, and Wade Barrett.

-Former Ring of Honor Champion Takeshi Morishima is 35 today. He was born on October 15, 1978. He defeated Homicide to win the ROH Title on February 16, 2007. He currently works for Pro Wrestling Noah in Japan.

-Late pro wrestler Al Green was born on this date in 1955. He died on June 14, 2013 at age 57. He teamed with Kevin Nash as The Master Blasters in WCW. He also teamed with The Terminator as The Terminators before they were renamed The Wrecking Crew. He also popped up on the "Hogan Knows Best" as well as "Brooke Knows Best" reality shows on VH1.

-Joey Abs (a/k/a Jason Arhndt) is 42 today. He was born on October 15, 1971. Abs was a member of the Mean Street Posse before he was released in 2001 and then retired that year. He got his start in the OMEGA promotion in North Carolina.

-Former pro wrestler Jeff Gaylord is 55 today. He was born on October 15, 1958. At last check, he was serving a six-year prison sentence for robbing a bank in Aurora, Colorado. He is scheduled to be released in 2015. Gaylord actually took $5,000 in a successful robbery of the bank, but he decided to rob the same bank four months later and ended up getting caught.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight. There is a block of Global Supercard Wrestling that will air on Wednesday. Check tomorrow morning's Dot Net Daily for more details.
