-The WWE Smackdown taping will be held tonight in Detroit, Michigan at Joe Louis Arena. The advertised talent includes Daniel Bryan, Sheamus, Kane, Alberto Del Rio, Big Show, Batista, The Shield, The Wyatt Family, and Triple H.

-WWE Main Event will be broadcast live tonight at 6:00 p.m. CT on the WWE Network. The show will continue to air on ION Network in the usual time slot on Wednesday. WWE is airing the show live on Tuesdays until WrestleMania 30. Ryan Kester's live coverage will shift to the Tuesday live airing tonight at 6:00 p.m. CT, so stop back and watch along with him.

-Longtime pro wrestler and recent Extreme Rising regular Chris Ford, who wrestles as Crowbar and Devon Storm, is 40 today. He was born on March 4, 1974.

-Former TNA wrestler Sarita (a/k/a Sarah Stock) is 35 today. She was born on March 4, 1979.

-Angelo Poffo died on March 4, 2010 at age 84. The longtime wrestler had his first match in 1948 and worked his final match in 1991. He is the father of the late WWE great Randy Savage and Lanny Poffo.

-Yvon Cormier died on March 4, 2009 at age 70. The Canadian great worked mostly as The Beast.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight. The Global Supercard Wrestling show will return on Thursday.
