-The WWE Smackdown taping will be held in Providence, RI tonight at the Dunkin' Donuts Center. There were no matches advertised for the show either last week on Smackdown or this week on Raw, but it will be WWE's last chance to hype Hell in a Cell. We are still looking for correspondents for tonight's taping, If you can help out with a report, email me at css3238@gmail.com.

-Dot Net Members are listening to my 57-minute WWE Raw audio review and are discussing the Raw GM shakeup in the forum. Join us on the ad-free version of the website by signing up for membership now via Prowrestling.net/amember/signup.php..

-WWE will also be taping Main Event tonight for the Wednesday Ion Network show. The featured match is Dolph Ziggler vs. Ryback.

-The advertised dark match for tonight's taping is Sheamus vs. Big Show for the World Heavyweight Championship according to the Ticketmaster site for the venue. The Raw dark main event was Sheamus vs. Big Show in a Last Man Standing match, which Sheamus won in about two minutes. [Thanks to the readers who sent in results last night.]

-ROH returns to Dearborn, Michigan on Friday, January 18 at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center. Tickets go on sale tomorrow for Ringside Members and this Friday for the general public at ROHWrestling.com, but you can earn free tickets to the show by signing up to become a Ringside Member. You can get all the details at http://www.rohwrestling.com/content/free-t-shirttickets.

-NWA Action is holding October Havoc at the Stockbridge Middle School in Stockbridge, GA this Saturday, October 27, with a 7:30 bell time. The flyer hypes four former WWE stars as being on the show, but only Buff Bagwell and Luke Gallows are mentioned by name. You can get more information at NWAAction.com.

-The Harris brothers, Ron and Don, both turn 51 today. The team have had runs in every major promotion from the 1990s through today, but are probably best known for their time as "Creative Control" in WCW, a spoof on WWE's Pat Patterson and Gerald Briscoe.

-There are no classic pro wrestling shows scheduled for ESPN Classic tonight.
