-The main event for tonight's WWE Smackdown features Rey Mysterio vs. Jack Swagger in a No DQ match. The show opens with Kane claiming he knows who attacked The Undertaker. We'll have a double dose of live coverage tonight from Chris Shore and Marvin Hermanstyne beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT.
-UFC is airing their second show on the Versus network on Sunday night at 8:00 p.m. CT. The show is headlined by Jon "Bones" Jones vs. Vladimir Matyushenko. In a fun piece of trivia, Matyushenko actually worked the main event of the first UFC event in Las Vegas. He was a late replacement for the injured Vitor Belfort, and lost to Tito Ortiz. The show went long and the pay-per-view feed cut off before the conclusion of the main event. I attended that show in person. Trust me, the pay-per-view audience didn't miss much.
-The WWE Smackdown crew is touring Australia this weekend. They will be making stops in Sydney on Saturday, Melbourne on Sunday, and Brisbane on Monday. We are looking for reports from all the overseas shows this weekend. If you can help, contact Jason Powell at dotnetjason@gmail.com.
