-Dot Net reader Charlie Clingan passed along word that New England indy legend and martial arts grandmaster Richard Byrne died in his sleep on September 4 in Malden, Mass. Charlie wrote: "He was killer Kowalski oldest student and allowed Killer to run his wrestling school in his dojang for many years. Triple H, Chyna, Saturn, and Albert came through the school during that time. There's a video of his retirement match with Honky Tonk Man on YouTube called "3 Count: Richard Byrne Story." He was a legend on the New England circuit and in the martial arts world."
