-WWE is taping this week's Smackdown, WWE Superstars, and ECW tonight in Fresno, Calif. at Save Mart Center. The company has not advertised a dark match main event for the show, but they have announced C.M. Punk vs. Edge for WWE Superstars. We are looking for correspondents who can file reports on the various tapings either live from the building or after the fact. If you can help, please contact me now at dotnetjason@gmail.com.

-12 Rounds comes out on DVD today in North America. The film was a bomb at the box office, but Vince McMahon has stated that he believes the DVD sales will make the film profitable.

-For those who missed my review of 12 Rounds that was posted after the theatrical release, I thought it was the best of the WWE Studios releases. It had a bigger budget than the previous releases and the villain was strong. John Cena was solid in his role and stayed within his limited range. The action scenes are solid and it felt like a poor man's Die Hard, which should come as no surprise since director Renny Harlin also directed the second movie from that franchise.

-In case you missed it last week, Cena stated in a Bubba The Love Sponge interview that he is still looking at scripts for his next movie. He stated that he wants to do a PG movie that his entire fan base can see. In other words, part of the excuses internally for 12 Rounds bombing at the box office is that it was a PG-13 movie.

-Jeremy Borash noted on his Twitter Page that this week's Spin Cycle takes a look back at TNA history. The panel features Jeff Jarrett, Sting, Don West, and Jim Cornette. You can check out Borash's Twitter page by clicking here.

-Dot Net reader Kevin Tomich has posted several photos he took at the "Legends of The Arena" show that took place at the old ECW Arena on Saturday night. You can check them out by visiting his Facebook Page.

-The following matches are listed for the 2:00 p.m. CT showing of the AWA on ESPN Classic: The Ninja vs. Burroughs, Scott Hall vs. Pitman, Boris Zhukov and Ali Khan vs. Myers and Cooper, Nick Bockwinkel vs. Paul Garner, Scott Hall vs. Col. DeBeers. There is also a 10 p.m. CT airing, but no matches are listed.
