-The WWE Smackdown television show is headlined by John Cena and C.M. Punk vs. The Shield in a handicap tag match. We'll have the full preview and spoilers up later today. Join Jake Barnett for live coverage of WWE Smackdown tonight as the show airs on Syfy at 7:00 p.m. CT. Jake and Chris Shore will be by on Saturday with their All Access audio review of Smackdown.

-WWE is advertising the following talent for their December 26 live event in Chicago: C.M. Punk, Daniel Bryan, Ryback, Mark Henry, The Shield, The Wyatt Family, Fandango, Big E Langston, Damien Sandow, and Dolph Ziggler.

-TNA will return to work a week from today with a live event in Philadelphia, Pa. TNA will be running four nights in a row with a Saturday show in Long Island, Sunday's Hardcore Justice taping in Lowell, Massachusetts, and Sunday's Old School event in Poughkeepsie, New York.

-TNA is advertising the following matches for the December 27 and 28 live events in Philadelphia and Long Island, New York: Bully Ray vs. Mr. Anderson (a cage match in Philadelphia, and a tables match in Long Island), Robbie E and Jessie vs. Eric Young and Joseph Park, Austin Aries vs. Chris Sabin for the X Division Title, Kurt Angle vs. Bobby Roode, Velvet Sky vs. Lei'D Tapa, plus Ethan Carter, Magnus, and Samoa Joe in action.
