-The Body Slammin' Breast Cancer 2 event takes place on September 14 in Melbourne, Florida at the Melbourne Auditorium. The benefit event is advertising Samoa Joe, Devon Dudley, Kurt Angle, Jay Lethal, Mike Knox, Wes Brisco, and Garret Bischoff. The advertising notes that all proceeds will benefit single mothers fighting breast cancer.

-Former WWE wrestler Eve Torres is 29 today. She was born on August 21, 1984. Torres left WWE back in January. She is engaged to MMA instructor Rener Gracie and the couple works together on the Gracie Women Empowered Self Defense Program.

-Former WWE wrestler Nathan Jones is 44 today. He was born on August 21, 1969. Jones worked for WWE from 2002 until he abruptly left in 2003 after breaking down due to the travel schedule.

-The late Judy Grable (a/k/a Nellya Baughman) was born on this date in 1935. She died on May 11, 2008. The longtime pro wrestler began wrestling in 1953 and worked her last match for Superstars Wrestling in 1974.

-Keith Hart is 61 today. He was born on August 21, 1952. In addition to wrestling, Hart has worked as a firefighter and a substitute teacher.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight.
