-WWE Main Event airs tonight on Ion Network. The show will feature its first title match with The Miz defending the Intercontinental Title against Kofi Kingston. Join Chris Shore for live coverage of WWE Main Event tonight beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-Today is a travel day for the WWE Raw crew that will begin a three-night run in Cairo, Egypt on Thursday. The talent pool listed for the tour includes Sheamus, Big Show, Rey Mysterio, Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler, The Miz, Ryback, Kofi Kingston, Zack Ryder, R-Truth, and Natalya. However, WWE is also advertising Ryback for the Raw live events this weekend, meaning they are double advertising him.

-Dot Net Members are listening to the 70-minute interview with former WWE creative team member Court Bauer regarding Brian Gewirtz and the WWE creative shakeup. The members are also listening to an 80-minute audio review of TNA Bound For Glory, and a 53-minute audio review of WWE Raw. -Pro Wrestling Syndicate has announced that actor Dennis Haskins (a/k/a Mr. Belding of Saved By The Bell fame) will face PWS Champion Kevin Matthews on the November 9 event in Rahway, N.J. The lineup also includes Anthony Nese vs. Star Man vs. Alex Reynolds for the Tri State Title, Davey Richards vs. A.R. Fox vs. Appollyon vs. Lucifer Darksyde vs. Matt Hardy vs. Rich Swann in a six-way, Sami Callihan vs. Kevin Steen, Dan Maff vs. Afa Jr., Phat Pack (w/Ox Baker) vs. Super Smash Brthers, Colt Cabana vs. Jerry Lynn, and Dynamic Sensation vs. Rene Dupree. -Top Rope Promotions will run its first event on January 5 in Lexington, Va. at Virginal Horse Center Anderson Coliseum. Booker Marvin Ward is advertising Goldust vs. Chris Masters, Hacksaw Duggan, Tara, and Short Sleeve Sampson. Tickets for the show go on sale on November 1. The promotion is planning to run shows throughout the Mid-Atlantic featuring talent with WWE, TNA, and ECW experience along with independent wrestlers. -Former WCW wrestler and broadcaster Steve "Mongo" McMichael is 55 today. He was born on October 17, 1957. McMichael played in the NFL prior to his WCW days and is best known for his time as a member of the 1985 Chicago Bears. He was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame in 2010 for his career as a Texas Longhorn from 1976 to 1979.
