-WWE is in Queretaro, Mexico at Plazza De Toros Santa Maria with a live event tonight featuring the following advertised talent: Alberto Del Rio, Rey Mysterio, C.M. Punk, The Wyatt Family, Curtis Axel, Paul Heyman, R-Truth, Wade Barrett, Sin Cara, Damien Sandow, Los Matadores, A.J. Lee, and Natalya.

-Dot Net Members are scheduled to hear to the new Dot Net Countdown Show with Will Pruett and Jake Barnett later today. They are currently listening to my 48-minute audio review of WWE Raw. -38 percent of the Dot Net voters say they hate WWE's El Torito character. However, 32 percent of readers say they love it, and 29 percent falls somewhere in between. As much as the character does not appeal to me, I think WWE will take 61 percent of the online fans liking or falling somewhere in the middle on the new kiddie character.

-65 percent of the Dot Net voters felt that the Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton finish at the WWE Battleground pay-per-view was acceptable. 35 percent of the voters were high, er, felt that it was an acceptable finish. Hey, to each his own.

-The legendary Stu Hart died on this date in 2003. The Hart family patriarch suffered a stroke and died at age 88. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame posthumously in 2010.

-Missy Hyatt (a/k/a Melissa Hiatt) is 50 today. She was born on October 16, 1963.

-Rick "The Renegade" Wilson was born on October 16, 1965. He died on February 23, 1999 when he took his own life at age 33.

-AAW is in Berwyn, Illinois at the Eagles Club on Friday with the following lineup: Shane Hollister vs. Arik Cannon for the AAW Championship, Marek Brave vs. Christian Rose, first and second round Alliance Tag Tournament matches with the following teams: Heidi Lovelace and Ryan Boz, Eddie Kingston and Alex Colon, Jimmy Jacobs and Silas Young, ACH and The Money Matt Cage, Team Defend UK (Mark Andrews and Pete Dunn), Kung Fu Manchu (Louis Lyndon and Marion Fontaine). Plus, MsChif, Jessicka Havok, Heather Patera, and Saraya Knight are also signed. AAW will be in Merrionette Park, Illinois on October 25 at Bourbon Street. -A block of Global Supercard Wrestling airs on ESPN Classic tonight from 7:00 p.m. CT until 11:00 p.m. CT. There is no information provided about these shows.
