-The featured match of WWE Main Event is U.S. Champion Dean Ambrose vs. Christian in a non-title match. Join Ryan Kester for live coverage of WWE Main Event as the show airs on ION Network tonight at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-This week's Ring of Honor television show featured footage of Jay and Mark Briscoe from a documentary the company did on the duo. It was entertaining, but it doesn't exactly fit with our review style, so I will get back to reviewing the weekly television show next week.

-WWE Hall of Famer J.J. Dillon (a/k/a James Morrison) is 71 today. He was born on June 26, 1942. Dillon was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on March 31, 2012 as a member of The Four Horsemen.

-Former WWE broadcaster Matt Striker (a/k/a Matthew Robert Kaye) is 39 today. He was born on June 26, 1974. Striker was released by WWE last week. He appeared at the Family Wrestling Entertainment event over the weekend, and he is currently accepting indy bookings. Follow him online at and email him at for booking info.

-Former WWE wrestler Mark Jindrak is 36 today. He was born on June 26, 1977. He currently works for the CMLL promotion in Mexico and has appeared on Mexican game shows and soap operas.

-The late "Nature Boy" Buddy Rogers died on this date in 1992 at age 71. He suffered three strokes prior to his death.
