-TNA Impact Wrestling is live tonight from Verizon Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas. The show features Chris Sabin vs. Manik for the X Division title and a six man tag match between Aces and Eights and the Main Event Mafia. The October 3 episode of Impact will also be taped tonight. Join me for live coverage of the show as it airs on Spike TV at 8:00 p.m. CT.

-NXT is holding their weekly Thursday night show at the NXT Arena in Tampa, Florida at 7:00 p.m. ET. Bo Dallas, Corey Graves, Sasha Banks, Paige and others are scheduled to appear.

-Former WWE valet Marianna Komlos died on this day in 2004 at 35 from breast cancer. Komlos played the "Mrs. Cleavage" character throughout 1999 before the gimmick was scrapped and she appeared under the name Marianna.

-Japanese star Naomichi Marufuji 34 today. Marufuji was slated to appear for ROH back in March of this year but had to be pulled due to a knee injury. He is the current Vice President of Pro Wrestling NOAH in Japan.

-Chris Jericho's band Fozzy will be performing at the House of Blues in Houston, Texas this Saturday night. Jericho will also be appearing at the Cactus Music store earlier in the day as hype for the event.
