-TNA Impact Wrestling is taped from the UK tonight. Dixie Carter has promised a major announcement that will "change everything" (again), and Hulk Hogan decides whether to re-instate Bully Ray or not. Join me for live coverage of the show as it airs on SpikeTV, beginning at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-Dot Net Members will be listening to the Dot Net Weekly audio show later today. Jason Powell and I will be discussing all the news of the week, including the return og Brock Lesnar and discussing Dixie Carter's announcement, which is expected to be about taking the show on the road more often. Join us on the ad-free version of the website by signing up for membership now via the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.

-PWX has added ROH World Champion Kevin Steen, Davey Richards, Rhett Titus, Mike Bennett and Maria to their Rise of a Champion VIII event on February 23. The group joins fellow ROH wrestlers Eddie Edwards, Roderick Strong, Adam Cole, and Cedric Alexander and others. You can get more details at PWXPro.com.

-WWE Hall of Famer Edge has endorsed the winner of the Bumpdrunk.com SHOGUN scholarship, Steven Walters. Walters will be traveling and competing in Japan for the next three months as the winner. Edge said of Walters, "Steven is the first and most likely only guy outside of WWE who I’ve kind of taken under my wing. If I didn’t think he was a great kid with a great attitude I wouldn’t have anything to do with him." You can read more about Walters at http://bumpdrunkcom.tumblr.com/#.

-Jonny Fairplay will be performing with comedian Kevin Alderman tonight, Thursday night at Volume Lounge in Charlotte NC. The show is titled, "Tall Tales, Short Stories and Lies with Jonny Fairplay." Show starts at 9pm. For more info check out their Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/VolumeLounge?ref=ts&fref=ts or on twitter @volumeloungeCLT

-Giant Baba (a/k/a Shohei Baba) passed away on this date in 1999 at 61 of cancer. Baba was the Hulk Hogan of Japan, becoming the first ever Japanese NWA Championship holding the title on three separate occasions. He started All Japan Pro Wrestling in 1972.

-There are no classic pro wrestling shows scheduled for ESPN Classic tonight.
