-TNA Impact Wrestling is live again tonight and it is the go home show for this Sunday's Genesis PPV. It's also Gut Check night as the new format of two prospects wrestling each other debuts. Join me for live coverage of the show as it airs on SpikeTV starting at 7:00 p.m. CT.

Jason Powell and I will be discussing all the news of the week, including the return of the Rock and Alberto Del Rio winning the World Heavyweight Championship. -CHIKARA has added two matches to their Season 12 (2013) debut in Easton, PA. 3.0 will face the Young Bucks for the Campeonatos de Parejas, and Kevin Steen will face Eddie Kingston in a match being billed as "The Final Confrontation." -PWX will be at the Upper Palmetto YMCA in York, S.C. Friday night, and at the Chop Shop in Charlotte, N.C. on Saturday night. Former ROH tag champions Steve Corino and Jimmy Jacobs will be in York. -Former NWO member Buff Bagwell (a/k/a Marcus Alexander Bagwell) turns 43 today.Bagwell was recently in the news for stating he and TNA producer Eric Bischoff had been in talks for his return to TNA, a claim which Bischoff denied on Twitter.

-Former WWE star "Grandmaster Sexay" Brian Christopher (a/k/a Brian Lawler) turns 41 today. Brian was last seen on WWE television running down his father, Jerry "The King" Lawler, as build for his father's match against Michael Cole at WrestleMania 27.

-Former AWA star Colonel DeBeers (a/k/a Edward Wiskoski) turns 68 today. DeBeers's character played upon the terrible issue of apartheid in South Africa, where he was billed from.

-There are no classic pro wrestling shows scheduled for ESPN Classic today.
