-TNA Impact Wrestling is live once again, and the live streak has been extended through the end of the year with a couple of taped shows mixed in. This week features both Open Fight Night and Gut Check. Ryan Kester will have live coverage for you starting at 7:00 p.m. CT.

-Dot Net Members will be listening to the Dot Net Weekly audio show later today. Jason Powell and I have a ton of stuff top talk about, including John Cena's surgery, TNA extending their live Impacts, more ROH folly on iPPV, and more. Members are already listening to my 19-minute interview with the Young Bucks. Get access to all these audios and the ad-free version of the site by becoming a dot net member at Prowrestling.net/amember/signup.php.

-WWE Superstars had three matches taped for it this week, including The Prime Time Players vs. The Usos. Ryan Kester should have live coverage when the show is posted to WWE.com, usually around 3:00 p.m. CT.

-TNA is once again running a split team as Mr Anderson, Eric Young, Mickie James, and Gail Kim are advertised for a show at the Salem Civic Center in Salem, Virginia. If you are attending and would like to send a report, let us know at dotnetjason@gmail.com or css3238@gmail.com.

-Former WCW Superstar Diamond Dallas Page spoke appeared on the Tom Barnard Podcast to discuss his DDP Yoga, but Page also discussed his start in AWA. You can hear Page's interview, which is at 22:30 of Episode 25 at http://www.tombarnardpodcast.com/.

-WWE producer, and former NWA Superstar Arn Anderson turns 54 today. The greatest wrestler never to win a world championship--in my humble opinion-- was a powerhouse of the tag scene, winning five NWA/WCW tag titles, and one from WWF. Anderson was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame last year as a member of the Four Horsemen.

-Wrestling legend Greg "The Hammer" Valentine turns 62 today. Valentine was a star in various promotions, and arguably held every major championship of his era, including the NWA United States Championship three times, except for a world belt. Valentine was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2004

-Former ECW manager/commentator Joel Gertner turns 37 today. The one time manager of the Dudley Boyz, Gertner's name has been making the rounds again after a recent clip of him that will be used in the forthcoming Unauthorized ECW Documentary was released by the producers of the film.

-AWA Wrestling is at 11:00 p.m. CT tonight on ESPN Classic. The match listings are: Buddy Rose & Doug Somers vs. Milliman & Bardeaux; Jimmy Snuka vs. Stamp; Hernandez vs. Col. DeBeers; and World Heavyweight Title Nick Bockwinkle vs. Boris Zhukov.
