– WWE released a statement concerning the bankruptcy of THQ that was announced Wednesday. The short statement reads in full, "WWE is following the developments of THQ's bankruptcy filing today and proposed sale under Bankruptcy Code Section 363. The Company anticipates actively participating within this proceeding."

– ROH announced on Wednesday that the newly reformed American Wolves team of Davey Richards and Eddie Edwards will challenge for the Ring of Honor Tag Titles on January 18 in Dearborn Michigan. The match is billed as the Wolves versus the Briscoe Brothers, even though the Briscoes must defend their titles at the January 5 TV tapings.
