-TNA Impact Wrestling was taped last week in Glasgow, Scotland. New investor MVP will explain his storyline reason for being in TNA, and Eric Young will face Abyss in a Monster's Ball match. Join me for live coverage of the show as it airs on SpikeTV at 8:00 p.m. CT.

-Dot Net Members will be listening to the Dot Net Weekly audio show later today. Jason Powell and I will be discussing all the news of the week, including the controversial decision by WWE to put the 1999 Over the Edge PPV on the WWE Network. Members are already listening to the 84-Minute Dot Net Countdown with Will Pruett and Jeff Lutz. If you enjoy our All Access audio, help support Dot Net by signing up for membership to the ad-free version of the website via the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.

-Independent promotion Chikara will return on May 25, 2014 in Easton, Penn. The promotion last ran on June 2, 2013 when the event was shut down by one of the characters in the promotion. There were many rumors as to what happened and why. There is no card officially announced as of yet, but you can buy tickets at ChikaraPro.com.

-Fresh off of their plug on WWE.com, Dragon Gate USA runs again in two weeks, the same weekend as Elimination Chamber, February 22 and 23 in Queens and Brooklyn, NY. Night one is headlined by Johnny Gargano vs. CIMA for the Open The Freedom Gate Championship, and the winner of that match will face Roderick Strong the next night for the title. You can learn more at DGUSA.tv.

-WWE NXT wrestler Conor O'Brian (a/k/a Ryan Parmeter) turns 34 today. O'Brian is part of the tag team The Ascension in NXT. He and partner Kenneth Cameron had a good run until Cameron's legal troubles got him released. O'Brian kept the gimmick going, replacing Cameron with Rick Victor but without the same level of success.

-ESPN Classic has five hours of Global Supercard Wrestling today. The first two hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT. and the other three hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. CT. There are no match listings for any of the shows.
