-NXT Arrival is live from Full Sail University tonight and is headlined by Sami Zayn vs. Cesaro. It is NXT's first live televised event and the first live special for the WWE Network. Join Jason Powell for full coverage starting with the pre-show at 6:30 p.m. CT.
-Impact Wrestling was taped back on February 1 in London, England. Kurt Angle's Hall of Fame induction is tonight and MVP faces Bobby Roode. Joine Chris Shore for live coverage of the show as it airs on SpikeTV at 8:00 p.m. CT.
-Dot Net Members will be listening to the Dot Net Weekly audio show later today. Jason Powell and Chris Shore will be discussing all the news of the week, including the apparent WrestleMania XXX card and first impressions of the WWE Network. -WrestleMania weekend shows are also starting to come together. ROH will hold two events, SuperCard of Honor VIII on Friday night and an unnamed event on Saturday afternoon at the John A. Alario Sr. Event Center at the Bayou Segnette Sports Complex in Westwego, LA. Talent has not been announced for these shows yet.
-DGUSA and EVOLVE are hosting a triple shot at Tulane University April 3, 4, and 5. Night one is an EVOLVE themed show with nights two and three carrying the DGUSA banner. -Former WWE/TNA wrestler Lance Hoyt (a/k/a Vance Archer in WWE) turns 37 today. Hoyt currently wrestles for New Japan Pro Wrestling but is not one of the wrestlers mentioned in the ROH and NJPW deal.
-Wrestling legend Earl Caddock was born 125 years ago today in 1888. Caddock was a man of firsts. He was the first to use the "Master of 1,000 holds" gimmick. He is on the oldest known video recording of professional wrestling. He was the first champion to lay aside his title to fight in a war. He died in 1950 after surgery following a major heart attack.
-ESPN Classic has five hours of Global Supercard Wrestling today. The first two hours are from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. CT. and the other three hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. CT. There are no match listings for any of the shows.
