-The WrestleMania 28 special featuring The Rock vs. John Cena match will air on NBC on Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. CT. The advertising for the show has touted that there will be never before seen footage and will "showcase the entire Rock vs. Cena match for the first time ever on broadcast television."

-The WWE Saturday Morning Slam television show premieres on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. CT on The CW network. The hype for the show has been minimal to say the least. As of Tuesday afternoon, there was no hype for it on the WWE or CW website. The 30-minute show is geared toward children and is airing as part of the network's "Vortex" block of kids programming.

-WWE announced on Monday that they will return to Fresno, California on Sunday January 20 with a live event. The pre-sale begins Friday with the password FRESNORAW.

-WWE Hall of Famer Paul Ellering is 59 today. He was born on August 22, 1953. Ellering was inducted as part of the Road Warriors act in 2011. His Wikipedia page states that he owns The Historic Rock Tavern in Grey Eagle, Minnesota on Birch Lake.

-Former WCW wrestler Stevie Ray (a/k/a Lane Huffman) is 54 today. He was born on August 22, 1958. He formed the Harlem Heat tag team with his brother Booker T, and the duo own and operate the PWA promotion in Houston. I'm surprised WWE hasn't brought him in for their nostalgia shows.

-Fan sites list today as the birthday of Jimmy and Jey Uso. The listings state that they were born on August 22, 1985, which makes them 27 years-old.

-Recent WWE developmental signee PAC (a/k/a Ben Satterly) is 26 today.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed for ESPN Classic tonight.
