-This is the final Dot Net Daily of 2013. I know it's an emotional moment for all of us, but I believe we can get through it together. You'll have to wait until January 2 for the next Dot Net Weekly, as the feature is getting the day off for the holiday tomorrow. More importantly, I hope you all have a fun and safe New Year's Eve tonight with friends and family. Thank you very much for your support of the website in 2013, and I am really looking forward to some things we have planned here on the site for 2014. More details on those changes next week.

-We will be kicking off the voting for the 2013 Dot Net Awards (affectionately known as "The Dotties" by some of the Dot Net Members) on New Year's Day. As always, your votes will decide the winners, and once everything is finalized, the staff and I will chime in with your selections.

-Dot Net Members are listening to my 53-minute review of WWE Raw. If you enjoy our All Access audio, help support Dot Net by signing up for membership to the ad-free version of the website via the Dot Net Members' Signup Page.

-The WWE crew is off until Friday when they return to the road for a live event in Fayetteville, North Carolina. WWE will also have live event shows in Greensboro, N.C., Roanoke, Virginia, Fairfax, Virginia this weekend. If you plan to attend one of those events, your are encouraged to send a report to dotnetjason@gmail.com.

-TNA returns to the road with a live event on Friday in Batesville, Arkansas. They will also be in Jonesboro, Arkansas on Saturday, and in Jackson, Tennessee on Sunday. If you plan to attend one of those events, your are encouraged to send a report to dotnetjason@gmail.com.

-Ring of Honor kicks off its new year on Saturday with a loaded television taping in Nashville, Tennessee. The show will feature the return of A.J. Styles, and Chris Hero vs. Kevin Steen.

-The WWE Main Event show will not air on ION Network again this week, so we will not have live coverage of the show on Wednesday night. The show is scheduled to return to ION Network on January 8. WWE made the Main Event show available on their website last week, so keep an eye out for them to do the same again this week.

-Indy wrestler and former WWE Tough Enough contestant Matt Cross is 33 today. He was born on December 31, 1980. He was eliminated from the Tough Enough contest just two episodes into the series.

-There are no pro wrestling shows listed on ESPN Classic this week.
