-We will begin unveiling the winners of our 2012 Dot Net Awards, affectionately dubbed The Dotty Awards by a group of Dot Net Members. We will be presenting the winners of our nine categories starting today and running through the weekend. Thanks to everyone who took the time to vote for these awards. As always, reader voting decided the winners, and the awards we list will also include staff comments along with our personal picks.

-We are looking for correspondents for all of the WWE and TNA live events this weekend. If you are going to one of the shows listed below, you are encouraged to send a report to dotnetjason@gmail.com.

-The WWE Raw crew kicks off its weekend in Poplar Bluff, Mo. at Black River Coliseum tonight. The show is headlined by C.M. Punk vs. Ryback. The advertising is dated, though, as Punk is still listed as the WWE Champion. WWE is also advertising The New Age Outlaws.

-The WWE Smackdown crew is in Champaign, Illinois at Assembly Hall on Saturday with World Hvt. Champion Alberto Del Rio vs. Intercontinental Champion Wade Barrett in a champion vs. champion match. Yes, it's billed as a champion vs. champion match rather than a title match.

-The WWE Raw crew is in Springfield, Mo. at JHQ Arena on Saturday with C.M. Punk vs. Ryback, and "a special appearance by Chris Jericho." The Outlaws are also advertised. This appears to be an updated advertisement, as the WWE Championship is not mentioned.

-The WWE Smackdown crew is in Louisville, Ky. at the KFC Yum Center on Sunday. There are no matches listed. The advertised crew for the Smackdown events includes Sheamus, Randy Orton, Alberto Del Rio, The Shield, Wade Barrett, Kofi Kingston, Sin Cara, and The Great Khali.

-The WWE Raw crew ends the weekend on Sunday in Cape Girardeau, Mo. at the Show Me Center with C.M. Punk vs. Ryback, and Chris Jericho vs. Dolph Ziggler (w/AJ Lee, Big E Langston), and the New Age Outlaws. The Raw live events also feature The Miz, Antonio Cesaro, Vickie Guerrero, Damien Sandow, and Cody Rhodes.

-TNA is in Bossier City, La. tonight at the CenturyLink Center, and Vicksburg, Mississippi at the convention center on Saturday. Both shows feature cage matches and the advertised lineups include Austin Aries, Jeff Hardy, Bully Ray, Chavo Guerrero Jr., Hernandez, and TNA Knockouts.

-The late Fred Blassie was born on this date in 1918. He died on June 2, 2003 due to heart and kidney failure. He was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 1994.

-The late Sherri Martel was born on this date in 1958. She died on June 15, 2007 due to an overdose of drugs in her system. She was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame by Ted DiBiase in 2006.

-Jim Neidhart is 58 today. He was born on February 8, 1955. His daughter Natalya works for WWE.

-There are no pro wrestling shows advertised for ESPN Classic. There will be two shows airing on Monday night. We'll have the info for those shows in Monday's Dot Net Daily.
