-We are looking for correspondents for the WWE events listed below. If you are attending one of the shows listed below and want to help, send your report (or basic results) to dotnetjason@gmail.com.

-WWE is in Lubbock, Texas at United Spirit Arena on Saturday with the following lineup: Big Show vs. Randy Orton, and Dean Ambrose vs. Seth Rollins.

-WWE is in San Angelo, Texas at Foster Communications Coliseum on Sunday with the following advertised talent: Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Dolph Ziggler, Big Show, Alberto Del Rio, Big E, and Rusev.

-WWE is in San Antonio, Texas at Freeman Coliseum on Sunday with the following advertised talent: Roman Reigns, Chris Jericho, Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, Sheamus, Kane, the Uso Brothers, and Cesaro.

-TNA has the weekend off from live events. Their next shows will be held on August 5-7 in New York City. In fact, the company only has three non-televised events in August.

-Ring of Honor also has the weekend off. They will be back on the road next Saturday with a show in Philadelphia, Pa. at the National Guard Armory.

-TNA wrestler Devon Hughes is 42 today. He was born on August 1, 1972. Devon and his longtime tag partner Bully Ray are scheduled to be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame during Bound For Glory weekend.

-Former WWE wrestler Yoshi Tatsu (a/k/a Naofumi Yamamoto) is 37 today. He was born on August 1, 1977. He was released by WWE on June 12, 2014.

-George Hackenschmidt was born on August 1, 1877. He died on February 19, 1968.

-Jimmy Golden is 64 today. He was born on August 1, 1950. In addition to working under his own name, Golden appeared as Jack Swagger's father on WWE television, and also worked as Bunkhouse Buck in WCW.

-Heavy On Wrestling is at the Legendary Waters Casino in Redcliff, Wisconsin on August 23 with a loaded lineup that includes Roddy Piper, Scott Steiner, Jake Roberts, Booker T, Sean "X-Pac" Waltman, Hardcore Holly, Trevor Murdoch, Ariya Daivari, Arik Cannon, Horace the Psychopath, and Luke Hawx.
